Patient Populations
Creatives
As we work together, we will focus your creative gifts on crafting the work of art that is your life. Some of our goals may include coping with anxiety, stress management, navigating pandemic related problems, implementing structure and disciplines for artistic growth. We can also work on gaining new perspectives on a problem, dealing with sadness, learning to love yourself, healing from past hurts, activating your creativity as coping skills, and understanding your feelings.
Men
Asking for help can be uncomfortable, and seeking therapy takes courage; life change is possible when you lean into that discomfort. Some of our goals in working together may include coping with stress, managing responsibilities and roles of friendship/spousal/parenthood, getting “unstuck,” building confidence, navigating relationship conflict, living with intention, resolving internal pain, expressing feelings, and actively engaging in personal growth.
Professionals
High stress, work/life balance difficulties, burnout...We can discuss these challenges, among others in therapy, and our goals may include things like problem-solving, stress management, conflict resolution, and communication skills. We can also practice balancing work and personal life responsibilities, planning for significant professional transitions, or managing the workload of launching a new business. Your mental and emotional wellness is impacted by your work and vice versa.
